Too small to function as a zone. Take your blinders off Carol. Thsioe zones are not functioning as a zone any more. Especially Z6. A ZC that
only communicate via ICQ and e-mail. It is nice that we have thesemarvels
of technology, but it is not FidoNet.merged
When a net becomes too small to find an NC, it gets desolved and/or
with a neighbour net. Logic says one must do the same when a region or zone becomes too small to be viable.

Sure it will come up and he'll probably be just like the
last 4 IC's on that. 'cool idea now show me one that works
for all'.
And so we will never have a common protocol for IP. Just like we will never get rid of zones that are too small to function as a zone. But when Malcolm falls out of grace, someone will "remember" his attempts to force a common IP protocol on his. Whether that is what actually happened or not, someone will "remember" it. And it will be used against him.
Just like Ward's "actions" are now used against him by the crowd that wanted to tople him all along.
But you are right in one thing. The IC is just a name for
one of the ZCC. Spokesperson for them.
